When you decide you want to lose a significant amount of
weight it can be very daunting to take that first step. Mini challenges can do
a lot to get you started on your way to success. Here are a few that worked for
me. You can try them for one day at a
time or one week at a time and work them into your lifestyle!
1 - Don't drink my calories. Water or tea only.
2 - Have a vegetable with every meal.
3 - Eat foods with less than 5 ingredients
4 - Eat only homemade foods.
5 - Replace one meal a day with a salad.
6 - Add an extra serving of protein to lunch.
7 - Only eat if I'm hungry.
The best part about a mini challenge is that it's only one
day before you get to celebrate your accomplishment of sticking with it!
Celebrating along the way helps keep motivation going and allows you to have
confidence in yourself.
