Workout of the Week: Tabata Cardio Blast

This is a great cardio workout if you’re short on time and looking to get in a quick sweat! You’ll need a set of light dumbbells, a bench or step and some floor space.  Have fun! 

  • Each tabata round is 20 seconds on with 10 seconds rest.  After one round, take a 30 second rest before moving onto the next round.  Repeat all 4 rounds 1 more time.

> Tabata Round 1:

> Jumping Jacks
> Weighted Squats
> Plank Jacks
> Jumping Lunges

> Tabata Round 2:
> Step Ups (on bench or step)
> Push-Ups
> Jump Squats
> Tricep Dips

> Tabata Round 3: 
> High Knees
> Fast Alternating Front Punches
> Side Shuffles
> Upright Rows With Squats

> Tabata Round 4:
> Plank Up Downs
> Bicycle Crunches
> Reverse Crunches
> Russian Twits (holding one weight)

Workout of the week really very useful for all tabata cardio blast need a set of light dumbbells have fun. The more second rest before moving onto the next round with this informative cassahealth site.
