Workout of the Week: Upper Body Blast
Summer is coming!!! If you want to tone up that upper body and get in a cardio session at the same time, try this workout two times per week. Weights should be low to medium and maximum effort on the cardio portions. This workout is very simple but will be effective at the same time. Sometimes simplicity is best!
Each exercise should be performed for 1 minute. Once you complete the first circuit, rest for 30 seconds then move onto circuit 2. Repeat the sequence for a total of 3 times.
