Workout of the Week: Total Body Circuit


This workout will take 45-60 minutes but will provide you with a fat blasting, muscle strengthening, total body toning workout.  You’ll need some dumbbells and a mat. Do each exercise for 1 minute and take a 30 second rest between circuits.  Repeat the whole thing 2 more times for a total of 3 times through.

Circuit 1:
• Weighted squats
• Jump Rope
• Push-ups
• High Knees

Circuit 2:
• Pendulum lunges
• Burpees
• Tricep overhead extensions
• Butt Kickers

Circuit 3:
• Upright row to overhead presses
• Mountain Climbers
• Bent over rows
• Jump Squats

Circuit 4:
• Lateral raises
• Plank Jacks
• Chest Flys
• Skaters
