RECIPE OF THE WEEK: One Pot Pasta For a quick, easy and healthy weeknight
dinner try this One Pot Pasta recipe loaded with spices and veggies. Ingredients: • 12
ounces linguine • 1 medium
onion cut into strips • 1
medium green pepper diced • 1
medium red pepper diced • 4
cloves crushed garlic • ½ tsp
oregano leaves • 4
cups vegetable broth • 1 tsp
garlic salt • 2
TBSP olive oil • 1
small handful of basil diced • Grated
parmesan cheese Directions: Put the pasta, tomatoes,
peppers, onion
and garlic in a large stockpot. Pour in vegetable broth.
Add oregano. Add oil. Cover pot and bring to boil. Reduce to low and keep covered. Cook for
10 minutes.
Add basil
and stir.
Top with
Parmesan cheese
before serving. |
