When you eat a healthy breakfast with a good balance of protein, carbs and healthy fats and pack it full of nutrients that your body needs, you really set the tone for your day and get yourself off to a good start. If you think about all of the nutrients that your body needs on a daily basis, and you start your day off by fulfilling or making a big dent in those amounts, you put yourself in a better position to eat well throughout the day. You'll be ahead of the game, rather than trying to catch up all day long and you'll feel satisfied and accomplished. And who doesn't like to start their Mondays off like that?
