ANYTHING is possible
If last night's win didn't get you give you motivation then I'm not sure what will! What an incredible game that was and an amazing show of "Where there's a will, there's a way". What impresses me most is their perseverance through the worst of times and boy did it pay off!
WAY TO GO PATRIOTS!!!
So, how does this apply to your life? Think about that goal that seems so far off and almost seems impossible. Then think about how good it would feel to acheive it. Do you think the Patriots actually believed they could score 25 points in one quarter? It probably seemed like a long stretch, but they put their heads down and got to work one play at a time. They had their eye on the prize, but focused on one small goal at a time and it paid off BIG TIME.
Is it to lose 20 pounds? 50 pounds? Run a marathon? Kick the sugar cravings? Have six pack abs? Whatever it is, you have to first start by believing it IS possible and that you CAN accomplish it. Then you break it down by smaller, more attainable goals. Did you see our GOAL SETTING WORKSHEET that we provided at the start of the year? This speadsheet will give you a way to break down those large lofty goals, into smaller more attainable ones and track your progress along the way.
One thing to remember is not to get discouraged. If you have a setback, go back and analyze why it might have happened and how you can change the course to get back on track. Everyone has setbacks ... life would be boring without them, but it is how you handle them that matters!
