Recipe of the Week: Honey Garlic Shrimp
Honey Garlic Shrimp is quick 20 minute healthy meal that will leave you satisfied for the night. Pair it with some brown rice or quinoa and steamed broccoli to complete the meal.
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce (reduced sodium or liquid aminos)
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1 lb medium uncooked shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 teaspoons olive oil
optional: chopped green onion for garnish
Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger together in a medium bowl.
